Job summary

Keysborough Secondary College invites applications for an Inclusive Practices Leader. The role provides a high‑level leadership position within the College Inclusion Team, reporting to the Inclusion AP, to strengthen and embed inclusive practices across the College and its campuses.

The role focuses on Tier 1 and Tier 2 inclusive practices, translating inclusive theory into effective classroom practice, using data to inform interventions and supporting staff to meet diverse learning, engagement

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage the implementation of school priorities and the teaching of literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to lead planning and implementation of high impact teaching strategies to meet student needs.
• Ability to monitor and assess student learning and use data to improve outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership with staff, parents and wider community.
• Ability to reflect on practice and contribute to whole-school professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the College Inclusion Team under the Inclusion AP to advance inclusive practices.
• Support staff to identify barriers to learning and implement adjustments and interventions.
• Use data to inform teaching, interventions and monitor student progress.
• Provide coaching and professional learning to teaching and education support staff.
• Develop and implement Tier 1 and Tier 2 inclusive practices across the College.
• Oversee complex inclusion cases and coordinate responses with leaders and allied health professionals.
• Support transition, student learning and wellbeing through data-informed planning.
• Collaborate with Domain Leaders, Engagement and Wellbeing Teams and Year Level Leaders.
