Qualifications

• Five years of teaching experience with inclusive education practice.
• Full registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) required.
• Demonstrated MTSS knowledge and data analysis to improve student outcomes.
• Ability to coach staff and build collaborative partnerships with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of inclusive education practices across the school.
• Develop and evaluate systems, data processes, and supports for students with diverse learning needs.
• Analyse student performance and wellbeing data to identify priorities and inform targeted interventions.
• Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and professional learning to build staff capability in inclusive education.
• Lead collaboration within school support teams to ensure equitable and effective student support.
