Job summary

Swan Christian College, part of Swan Christian Education Association, invites applications for a Dean of Learning Enrichment in the Secondary School. This full-time, permanent role commencing 1 January 2027 offers negotiable teaching load and a leadership pathway in inclusive education.

You will lead secondary learning enrichment, coordinate support, ensure NCCD compliance, and foster a collaborative Christian school culture with a focus on removing barriers to student success.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Christian faith and alignment with the Association’s values.
• Experience supporting students with disability and diverse learning needs.
• Leadership in case management and educational adjustments.
• Knowledge of NCCD and Disability Standards.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and an effective communicator.
• Ability to use data to inform differentiation and targeted intervention.
• Holds Working with Children Check and TRBWA registration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Secondary Learning Enrichment staff, priorities and processes, fostering collaboration and consistent inclusive education practices.
• Coordinate targeted and intensive student support, including case management and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate tiered learning support and interventions with staff guidance and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate NCCD funding and compliance processes with audit readiness.
• Foster collaboration, care and professionalism across the College.
