You will mentor staff to deliver person-centred support, build client confidence, and secure meaningful, sustainable work by strengthening employer partnerships and driving outcomes.

• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability or health conditions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team under the Service Manager guidance.
• Develop your team's understanding of best practice when working with disability, injury or health conditions.
• Translate program guidelines into compliant service delivery meeting quality targets.
• Guide clients into meaningful work through empathy, trust and tailored support.
• Build strong employer partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records and model best practice.
• Champion Breakthru values of inclusion, empowerment and person-centred work.
