Using the IPS model, you will guide participants from planning to placement, build employer partnerships, and collaborate with clinical supports to provide wrap-around care.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment, mental health, or disability services.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support participants to turn goals into reality from planning to placement and beyond.
• Work with participants using the IPS model to guide their employment journey.
• Build relationships with employers to create inclusive opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical and community supports to provide wrap-around care.
• Deliver outcomes while meeting performance goals.
• Celebrate successes and help build confidence and resilience.
