ORS in Stirling, WA, seeks an Inclusive Employment Specialist to help people living with mental health conditions move into meaningful work. You will work with participants to translate goals into real job outcomes, supporting them from planning to placement and beyond.

Utilising the IPS model, you will build strong employer relationships, coordinate with clinical supports, and deliver sustainable employment outcomes while meeting performance targets.

Competenze

• Certificate III or higher in Employment Services, Community Services, Mental Health, or similar.
• Experience in employment, mental health, or disability services.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proactive, outcomes-driven mindset.
• Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to obtain relevant clearances.
