Job summary

ORS Group is seeking an Inclusive Employment Specialist in Sydney (Mascot) to help people living with mental health conditions into jobs that matter. You will work with an IPS-informed team to guide participants from planning to placement, collaborating with clinicians and partners to provide wrap-around support.

You will build genuine relationships with employers, deliver strong employment outcomes, and foster confidence, resilience and independence in participants.

Qualifications

• Certificate III (or higher) in Employment Services, Community Services, Mental Health, or similar.
• Experience in employment, mental health, or disability services.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proactive, outcomes-driven mindset.
• Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to obtain relevant clearances.

Responsibilities

• Apply IPS Model to support participants into meaningful employment.
• Guide participants from planning to placement and beyond.
• Build genuine employer relationships and inclusive opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical and community supports for holistic care.
• Deliver strong employment outcomes while meeting performance goals.
• Celebrate successes and foster confidence, resilience and independence.
