Aruma is seeking an Employment Pathways Advisor to connect people with disability into meaningful employment. You’ll support onboarding into Aruma’s Work Ready Program, Supported Employment, or Open Employment, delivering person-centred recruitment solutions and ensuring NDIS funding aligns with opportunities.

You’ll build strong stakeholder relationships, coordinate onboarding and recruitment processes, and engage with community partners to source candidates while maintaining compliant,

Responsabilidades

• Build trust with applicants and families through clear, person-centred, and confidential communication.
• Facilitate workplace tours, interviews, and onboarding processes in line with NDIS requirements.
• Support our business and programs to understand each applicant's support needs and role suitability.
• Manage administration for onboarding and recruitment, following processes and procedures and utilising a range of systems to ensuring accurate documentation.
• Engage with community partners, schools and attends events to source candidates and promote Aruma employment pathway opportunities.
