Job summary

APM is seeking an Employment Consultant for the Innisfail, QLD site. Join the Inclusive Employment Australia Program to support people with disability in securing meaningful employment and building confidence for long-term success.

You will connect with participants, employers and stakeholders to create pathways to work, advocate for inclusive practices and celebrate every placement milestone. This role emphasizes empathy, inclusion and practical problem solving.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Current driver’s license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
• MyGovID (Standard level).
• Willing to complete a National Police Check.
• Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
• Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
