• Find the perfect match – you’ll support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.
• Help participants recognise strengths, overcome obstacles, and pursue sustainable employment.
• Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges with tools and support.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring and appropriate workplace adjustments.
• Celebrate successful placements and milestones with participants.
• Build partnerships with inclusive employers to create opportunities.
