Job summary

APM is seeking an Employment Consultant to support people with disability across Lismore & Casino, NSW, within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. This role focuses on matching participants to meaningful employment and advocating for inclusive practices.

You’ll collaborate with employers and stakeholders, helping participants build confidence and navigate barriers to sustainable work opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site position in NSW with a strong commitment to diversity and
