Qualifications

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities.
• Solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
• Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group.
• Identify new opportunities with local employers that align with our participants goals and needs.
• Understand the unique employment needs of your clients.
• Collaborate with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.
