Qualifications

• Experience working with First Nations communities.
• Experience in Employment Services or similar roles is advantageous.
• Background in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Attention to detail and administrative IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored guidance, coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group.
• Identify new opportunities with local employers aligned to participants' goals.
• Understand the unique employment needs of your clients.
• Collaborate with employers to bridge talent and opportunity.
