Qualifications

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and goal-setting abilities.
• Solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
• Organisational skills and proficiency with administrative and IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support our participants to succeed in their employment goals.
• Provide tailored guidance, job placement and ongoing support to your client group.
• Identify new opportunities with local employers that align with our participants' goals and needs.
• Collaborate with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.
