Job summary

VERTO is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant to serve Inclusive Employment Australia in the Nepean region. Based in Penrith with regular travel, you will build relationships with local employers and community organisations to identify opportunities and place participants.

You'll promote inclusive employment, help employers understand diversity benefits, and connect businesses with support to employ people with disability or health conditions.

• Capable of regular travel within the Nepean region.
• Enjoy engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Confidently engage with employers, participants and community stakeholders.
