Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to learners with disability through individualised coaching sessions and learner advocacy as required.
• Monitor delivery of learning activities, assess learner engagement, and communicate with the teacher and AccessAbility Officer to support reasonable adjustments.
• Deliver learner coaching as directed by the AccessAbility Officer, adapting support approaches to meet individual learner needs.
• Prepare and review personalised learning and instructional plans to meet changing learner needs.
• Coordinate and maintain instructional records and effectively manage resources.
• Provide learners with information on industry trends, practices and safety requirements relevant to their training and disability needs.
• Contribute to subject planning and learner support strategies with teachers and the AccessAbility Officer.
• Model and promote an ethical and safe work environment with zero harm and health/safety best practices.
