Uniting Preschool Caves Beach, part of Uniting NSW.ACT, is seeking a Cert III Inclusion Support Educator for Thursday and Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm. This contract runs until the end of 2026 and pays $30.28–$35.34 per hour plus super and salary packaging benefits.

You will support a child’s learning in a warm, inclusive preschool setting, build strong relationships with family and team, and contribute to a safe, supportive environment that respects diverse needs.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Children’s Services.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• GECKKO National Child Protection Training Certificate.
• First Aid Certificate.
• Working Rights Check.
• Understanding of inclusive practice and diverse needs.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Caring, patient and inclusive approach.
• Awareness of mandatory reporter responsibilities and child safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

About the Role

Uniting Preschool Caves Beach is looking for a Cert III Inclusion Support Educator to join our team and provide dedicated support to a child within our preschool environment.

This is a rewarding opportunity to use your skills to help a child participate in learning, play and everyday experiences while building positive relationships and supporting their individual development and wellbeing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build a positive, trusting and respectful relationship with the child and their family.
• Support the child’s learning, development, inclusion and sense of belonging.
• Work in partnership with the Educator team and family to implement inclusive learning experiences and strategies.
• Respond to the child’s individual needs, support their emotional regulation, and encourage their engagement and participation in the learning environment.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Work as part of a collaborative team and contribute to the ongoing quality of the service.
