Job summary

St James Primary Banora Point, part of the Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools, seeks an innovative teacher to support student-centred learning and lead inclusion initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to a 400-student community, require a NSW Working with Children Check, and hold full accreditation with NESA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading whole-school inclusion and inclusive education practices.
• Must have NSW Working With Children Check.
• Full accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).

Responsibilities

• Lead inclusion initiatives and coordinate learning improvements across the school.
• Collaborate with staff to raise participation, independence and achievement for all students.
• Support ongoing professional learning within a learning community.
