ACE Waste in Brisbane offers an in-house training pathway to become an Incinerator Operator. The permanent full-time role starts with hands-on labour duties to build knowledge, then progresses to plant operator duties after four weeks of training.

You will join a rotating day/afternoon/night shift roster and supervise staff as required. Applicants should have a forklift licence, a technical background is helpful, and must pass a National Police Check with COVID-19 vaccination.

Immediate opportunity for in-house training as a Incinerator Operator, for suitable candidates.

Permanent Full-Time position. Upon completion of training, you will join a monthly shift roster covering day, afternoon, and night shifts.

Ace Waste are a national 100% Australian owned business, tasked with the destruction of clinical, pharmaceutical and commercial/industrial waste. Ace Waste collects and destroys waste on behalf of the public and private healthcare system, as well as other state and federal government agencies.

You will become part of a team of staff that receive, organise and process containers of waste in a safe and efficient manner. The role will commence by performing the labour duties you will later be required to oversee. This is to ensure you have the full knowledge and skill-set to manage subordinates in these tasks. After successfully performing these duties for 4 weeks, training as a plant operator will commence.
