Job summary

Amazon Security is seeking an AWS Incident Response Team Analyst to defend the physical backbone of AWS infrastructure in Australia. You will monitor access control systems, coordinate guards, and respond to real-time security events across the region.

You will shape procedures, share intelligence, and improve playbooks while supporting a diverse, mission-driven security team dedicated to national-scale protection.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical security best practices and incident management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years in Physical Security Operation Centre monitoring and response.
• Experience with physical security control and surveillance systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor physical security systems and manage access control.
• Coordinate contracted security guards across sites.
• Respond to physical security incidents and escalate as needed.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for PSOC.
