What You’ll Receive

• Casual rate: $37.82 p/h + commission + super
• Flexible shifts: Monday–Saturday, 8am–10pm
• 4-week rosters published in advance
• Padstow location with free onsite parking
• Weekly pay
• Hybrid work option after 6 months

The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers calling O’Brien®.

Training & Support

You’ll be set up properly from day one.

• 4 weeks of full‑time paid training
  (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)
• Structured onboarding with clear systems and processes
• Ongoing coaching and mentoringA mature, supportive contact centre environment

Plus: all‑day breakfast onsite and a down‑to‑earth team culture.
