Job summary

Omni Recruit is seeking an organised Inbound Administration Clerk for a busy food manufacturing facility in Lytton, Brisbane. The role involves coordinating inbound deliveries, data entry, paperwork, and maintaining inventory records, with hands-on forklift duties.

You will enter data into ERP/WMS, verify paperwork and CoAs, and support QA/QC checks while moving stock around the site. Forklift tasks and warehousing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse administration, receiving, logistics or inventory.
• Data entry, paperwork and computer-based systems.
• Current LF forklift licence required.
• High reach forklift experience is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Reliable and able to switch between office and warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete data entry and update ERP/WMS systems with accurate receiving and inventory information.
• Check delivery paperwork, quantities, product details and CoAs.
• Maintain accurate records, traceability and stock documentation.
• Assist with QA/QC checks.
• Use a forklift to load and unload trucks and containers and move stock around the site.
• Support general warehouse and receiving duties when required.
• Follow food safety, allergen and site compliance procedures.
