Rebel Parramatta is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to craft engaging displays and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will work closely with leadership to execute visual standards and showcase leading sports brands across our stores.

The role emphasizes in-store VM execution, campaign coordination, and supporting local events, with opportunities for growth within the Super Retail Group network.

Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll play a key role in executing visual merchandising standards that showcase the latest products from the world's leading sports brands. This role is ideal for an experienced Visual Merchandiser looking for their next challenge.

About the role:

As a Visual Merchandiser in store, you'll play a key role in creating an engaging, easy-to-navigate customer experience that brings our products and campaigns to life for our customer. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll work hands-on in a fast-paced retail environment, leading the execution of visual standards and supporting the team to deliver their best. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-impact visual merchandising that elevates the in-store experience for our customers.
• Execute rebel and global trade partner campaigns to a high standard, showcasing product stories that inspires customers.
• Be a part of supporting local events and initiatives that strengthen community partnerships and drive meaningful local engagement.
• Coach and guide team members to deliver exceptional visual standards, with previous supervisory or leadership experience highly regarded
• Work closely with the Store Manager and VM leaders to drive consistency and results
• Work from your home store while supporting surrounding locations to drive consistent visual merchandising standards and team development.

About You

• Previous visual merchandising experience is essential, ideally within a retail environment as we operate across 160+ stores nationally.
• Confident coaching, guiding and influencing team members to deliver strong visual standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
• A creative eye for detail, combined with a practical, hands-on approach to commercial execution.
• Comfortable providing visual reporting on campaign execution, store standards and opportunities for improvement.
