Job summary

rebel Parramatta is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join one of our busiest stores. You’ll create engaging, on-brand displays that showcase the latest products, drive customer experience, and uphold visual merchandising standards across the floor.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead and coach team members, collaborate with VM leaders, and support local events and campaigns. This hands-on role rewards creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for sport and retail.

About the role:

As a Visual Merchandiser in store, you’ll play a key role in creating an engaging, easy-to-navigate customer experience that brings our products and campaigns to life for our customer.Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced retail environment, leading the execution of visual standards and supporting the team to deliver their best. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-impact visual merchandising that elevates the in-store experience for our customers.
• Execute rebel and global trade partner campaigns to a high standard, showcasing product stories that inspires customers.
• Be a part of supporting local events and initiatives that strengthen community partnerships and drive meaningful local engagement.
• Coach and guide team members to deliver exceptional visual standards, with previous supervisory or leadership experience highly regarded
• Work closely with the Store Manager and VM leaders to drive consistency and results
• Work from your home store while supporting surrounding locations to drive consistent visual merchandising standards and team development.

About You

• Previous visual merchandising experience is essential, ideally within a retail environment as we operate across 160+ stores nationally.
• Confident coaching, guiding and influencing team members to deliver strong visual standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
• A creative eye for detail, combined with a practical, hands-on approach to commercial execution.
• Comfortable providing visual reporting on campaign execution, store standards and opportunities for improvement.
