Job summary

Super Retail Group's rebel rCX Bondi store is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create engaging, navigable in-store experiences. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll lead the execution of visual standards, delivering high-impact displays and supporting store teams across locations.

You’ll bring previous visual merchandising experience, coach colleagues, collaborate with VM leaders, and contribute to local events, trade campaigns, and store branding.

Qualifications

• Previous visual merchandising experience is essential, ideally within a retail environment as we operate across 160+ stores nationally.
• Confident coaching, guiding and influencing team members to deliver strong visual standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-impact visual merchandising that elevates the in-store experience for our customers.
• Execute rebel and global trade partner campaigns to a high standard, showcasing product stories that inspires customers.
• Be a part of supporting local events and initiatives that strengthen community partnerships and drive meaningful local engagement.
• Coach and guide team members to deliver exceptional visual standards, with previous supervisory or leadership experience highly regarded
• Work closely with the Store Manager and VM leaders to drive consistency and results
• Work from your home store while supporting surrounding locations to drive consistent visual merchandising standards and team development.

• Work from your home store while supporting surrounding locations to drive consistent visual merchandising standards and team development.

About You

• Confident coaching, guiding and influencing team members to deliver strong visual standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
• A creative eye for detail, combined with a practical, hands-on approach to commercial execution.
• Comfortable providing visual reporting on campaign execution, store standards and opportunities for improvement.
