Job summary

rebel is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create engaging in-store experiences and bring product campaigns to life. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll lead hands-on execution of visual standards in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment and coach team members to deliver standout merchandising.

With 160+ stores nationwide, you’ll collaborate with VM leaders, support surrounding locations, and participate in local events and community initiatives.

About the role:

As a Visual Merchandiser in store, you’ll play a key role in creating an engaging, easy-to-navigate customer experience that brings our products and campaigns to life for our customer.Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced retail environment, leading the execution of visual standards and supporting the team to deliver their best. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-impact visual merchandising that elevates the in-store experience for our customers.
• Execute rebel and global trade partner campaigns to a high standard, showcasing product stories that inspires customers.
• Be a part of supporting local events and initiatives that strengthen community partnerships and drive meaningful local engagement.
• Coach and guide team members to deliver exceptional visual standards, with previous supervisory or leadership experience highly regarded
• Work closely with the Store Manager and VM leaders to drive consistency and results
• Work from your home store while supporting surrounding locations to drive consistent visual merchandising standards and team development.

About You

• Previous visual merchandising experience is essential, ideally within a retail environment as we operate across 160+ stores nationally.
• Confident coaching, guiding and influencing team members to deliver strong visual standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
• A creative eye for detail, combined with a practical, hands-on approach to commercial execution.
• Comfortable providing visual reporting on campaign execution, store standards and opportunities for improvement.
