Job summary

rebel Parramatta is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to craft engaging, on-brand displays and deliver exceptional customer experiences across a fast-paced store. You will report to the Store Manager and lead hands-on execution of visual standards while supporting teams to grow and develop in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires previous visual merchandising experience, strong communication, and a creative eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Previous visual merchandising experience in retail is essential.
• Experience across 160+ stores nationally is a plus.
• Strong visual reporting on campaigns and store standards.
• Coaching and guiding team members to deliver visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact visual merchandising that elevates the in-store experience.
• Execute rebel and global trade partner campaigns to a high standard.
• Support local events and initiatives that strengthen community engagement.
• Coach and guide team members to deliver exceptional visual standards.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and VM leaders to drive consistency and results.
• Work from your home store while supporting surrounding locations.
