• Deliver the big idea through compelling storytelling and key outfit styling.
• Ensure clear sightlines and fixture flow to enhance the customer journey and maximize commercial performance.
• Support the execution of in-store activations and visual updates.
• Adapt visual direction to suit local store needs while staying true to brand DNA.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to align on strategy and impact.
• Coach and develop store teams on visual principles and standards.
• Use insights and data to position hero products and improve visual decisions.
