Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain class-leading VM standards to showcase products.
• Tell the big idea through storytelling and outfit styling.
• Ensure clear sightlines and fixture flow to optimise the customer journey.
• Support trade actions, visual updates and in-store activations.
• Adapt visual direction for local store needs while preserving brand DNA.
• Collaborate with Store Managers on strategy and impact.
• Coach store teams on visual principles and standards.
• Use insights and data to position hero products and improve visuals.
