Job summary

Drinxfactory Group is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to join our Sampling Team in NSW. You will represent premium liquor brands, conduct in-store tastings, and engage customers in informative conversations that educate, inspire, and drive sales.

The role emphasizes delivering memorable customer experiences, meeting RSA requirements, and traveling to assigned stores as needed. A friendly, confident personality and prior retail or hospitality experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Current RSA Certification.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to assigned stores.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations.
• Passion or genuine interest in beer, wine, and spirits desirable.
• Retail, sales, hospitality, or promotional experience.
• Previous Brand Ambassador or Sampling experience.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store product tastings and sampling activations.
• Confidently engage customers in friendly conversations.
• Share product knowledge and tell compelling brand stories.
• Recommend products and encourage customer purchases.
• Represent premium liquor brands with professionalism.
• Set up and pack down sampling stations.
• Maintain presentation standards throughout each activation.
• Follow RSA guidelines at all times.
