DRINXFACTORY GROUP PTY LTD is a leading Sales and Merchandising agency in the liquor industry. We partner with Australia’s top beer, wine and spirits brands, delivering in-store experiences that connect customers with premium products.

We’re seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors for our Sampling Team. You’ll conduct in-store tastings, engage customers in conversations, share product knowledge, and help drive sales while following RSA guidelines. Availability: Monday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• Current RSA Certification.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to stores.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing and confident personality.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations.
• Retail, sales, hospitality or promotional experience.
• Previous Brand Ambassador or Sampling experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store product tastings and sampling activations.
• Confidently engage customers in friendly conversations.
• Share product knowledge and tell compelling brand stories.
• Recommend products and encourage customer purchases.
• Represent premium liquor brands with professionalism.
• Set up and pack down sampling stations.

About the Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic and confident Brand Ambassadors to join our Sampling Team.

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent premium liquor brands by conducting in-store tastings and engaging customers in meaningful conversations that educate, inspire, and drive sales.

This is much more than handing out samples—you'll play an important role in creating memorable customer experiences while helping some of Australia's leading alcohol brands grow their presence in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-store product tastings and sampling activations.
• Confidently engage customers in friendly conversations.
• Share product knowledge and tell compelling brand stories.

• Set up and pack down sampling stations.

• Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines at all times.

About You:

We're looking for people who enjoy interacting with others and can confidently represent our clients' brands.

• Current RSA Certification

Availability Requirements:

• Between Monday - Saturday (Weekdays and Weekend Availability)
