Rexel Electrical Supplies, a part of the Rexel Group, is seeking an enthusiastic in-store sales support specialist in the Derwent Park branch. You will deliver solutions, assist with quotes and orders, and help create a welcoming customer experience.

Experience in electrical wholesaling or construction is valued, but full product training is provided. Expect a supportive team, career growth, and a culture focused on service excellence.

Qualifications

• You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
• Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training!

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
• Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
• Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained
• Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls.
