Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA in Albany region is seeking Behavioral Technicians (RBT/BT) to work with children in home and clinic settings, providing consistent, supportive ABA therapy.

You will be part of a supervisor-led team with paid training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth. This role supports families during important moments of development and offers meaningful, lasting impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis).
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and families in home and clinic settings.
• Provide consistent, supportive ABA therapy to children.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and supervisory staff to ensure quality care.

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A passion for helping children and families

• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Benefits & Schedule:

• Flexible Part-time or Full-Time Schedules depending on client availability and cases.
• Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
