Job summary

Just Autos in Nambour on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an in-house videographer, photographer, editor and publisher. You’ll plan and direct content across short-form social video and long-form YouTube, publish across platforms, and measure what performs.

Work closely with the Marketing Manager to own the content calendar and the channel end-to-end. This is a full-time, on-site role with travel for external shoots.

Qualifications

• Your portfolio shows published video and stills you shot and edited, including short-form social content.
• You are fast without being sloppy and can produce high volumes with templates.
• You are skilled in editor software and storytelling through video.
• You know what makes content perform (hooks, pacing, trends) and read analytics.
• You put people at ease on camera and direct staff/customers effectively.
• You plan ahead and deliver without chasing you.
• You are comfortable working on workshop floors, outdoors, and traveling for shoots.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct monthly content calendars, write shot lists, and direct staff presenters and customers.
• Shoot and edit short-form vertical video for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, long-form for YouTube and the website, and photography.
• Produce customer build reviews, first-drive reactions, returning customer reflections, technical videos, podcasts, and event content.
• Publish across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile, update the website, and grow audience.
• SEO - shoot content with SEO in mind and coordinate with an agency to populate content.
• Collaborate with external videography and production teams on larger projects.
• Track performance and report monthly on what works.
