Job summary

CDC NSW is seeking an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across a busy blue-collar environment. You will partner with hiring managers, influence decisions and drive proactive sourcing.

You will manage a broad portfolio of vacancies, run the recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding, and build talent pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience and accurate, compliant processes.
