nib Group is seeking a Performance Media Specialist to own in-house media buying and drive performance across Google, Meta and other channels. You will plan, execute, and optimise campaigns while partnering with brand, digital, analytics and content teams to improve measurement and efficiency.

As a hands-on practitioner, you will build and report on campaigns in Google Ads, SA360, Meta Ads Manager and related platforms, translating performance into actionable insights for business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital media buying or paid acquisition.
• Hands-on in platforms (Google Ads, SA360, Meta Ads Manager).
• Ability to build, launch, optimize and report on campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and optimize paid media across Google, Meta and other channels.
