PharmaCare is seeking a proactive Digital and Creative Designer for a contract, in-office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern Beaches. You will design social-first content and e-commerce assets across paid media and retailer channels, collaborating with marketing and creative teams to deliver on-brand assets that stop the scroll and engage the right audience.

Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop), After Effects and Figma, plus 3+ years in digital design, are essential for

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in digital design or production design.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills including Photoshop; working knowledge of After Effects and Figma.
• Experience creating high-impact digital campaign assets across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and platform requirements.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling digital assets for social, paid media, e-commerce and retailer channels.
• Design and adapt campaign content across Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon and retail media platforms.
• Produce e-commerce content including Amazon A+ Content, product pages, banners and EDM assets.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring assets are delivered on time, on brand and to specification.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Sales and Creative teams to deliver high-quality campaign outcomes.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail, quality control and workflow efficiency.
