Empire Window Furnishings – Beverly Hills NSW is seeking a full-time field Sales Consultant to assist clients in choosing window furnishings and to drive the sales process. You will visit in-home consultations, provide product advice, quote residential and trade projects, and work with clients in person, over the phone, and via email.

Qualifications

Proven ability to sell and nurture relationships with clients.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Capable of using online systems including CRM tools.
Highly organised with attention to detail.
Customer-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Provide product advice and assist clients during purchasing of window furnishings.
Quote residential and trade clients.
Interact with clients on-site, via email, over the phone and face-to-face.
Provide feedback on improvements to sales and buying processes.
Protect and promote the company at all times.
Drive and monitor sales results to meet and exceed KPIs.
Support marketing activities and ensure compliance with procedures.
Contribute to policy and procedure development.
