Job summary

Australian Unity Limited is hiring for in-home care support across Randwick, Maroubra, Coogee, Bondi, Kingsford, and surrounding areas. You will assist customers with domestic tasks and personal care, including transport to appointments and social activities, enabling independent living in their own homes.

The role requires 12 months of care experience, a Cert III in Aged Care, and a valid Australian driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience in a care role or equivalent
• Cert III in Individual Support (Aged Care) required
• Flexibility to rosters Monday–Sunday
• Australian Driver's License and insured vehicle
• Vaccinated for COVID-19 (2 shots)

Responsibilities

• Provide domestic assistance including cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
• Assist with transportation to appointments, shopping, social outings
• Provide personal care support (showering, toileting, feeding)
• Build strong relationships with customers and families
• Follow health and safety guidelines to keep customers safe
