Australian Unity (North) is seeking experienced Support Workers for permanent part-time contracts to assist our aged care clients in living independently at home. The role covers personal care tasks, household duties, and community outings, with a reliable vehicle and current driver's license required.

We offer a stable roster, paid induction, and opportunities for career development. Rosters span 7am–6pm, Monday to Sunday, with travel between clients covered by a fuel allowance and paid travel

Formación

• Current Australian Driver's Licence and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
• Minimum 12 months experience and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support.

Responsabilidades

• Help at Home: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing.
• Social & Wellbeing: accompany clients to appointments & outings.
• Safety Practices: safe manual handling & driver awareness.
• Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings.
