Australian Unity Limited is recruiting for Home Health in-home support across Randwick, Maroubra, Coogee, Bondi, Kingsford, and nearby areas. The role aims to help customers live independently at home with domestic assistance and personal care, delivered with empathy and safety.

You will be supported by a paid induction, flexible rosters, and access to staff benefits including travel allowances and wellbeing leave.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience in a Care role and/or Cert III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Providing support to customers with domestic assistance including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
• Helping with transportation for your customers to appointments, shopping and for social outings
• Assisting your customers with personal care support including, showering, toileting and feeding assistance
• Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with our customers and their families
• Adherence to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe
