Job summary

Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a compassionate physiotherapist to deliver in-home services across the Western Sydney area. You’ll assess clients, design person-centred mobility programs and support independent living, with autonomy and a collaborative team backing you.

You'll work with older adults, coordinate with families and the Home and Community Care team, and contribute to outcomes that improve mobility, confidence and quality of life in the community.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapy qualification and current AHPRA registration are required.
• Clinical experience with older adults and complex needs is preferred.
• Experience in home-based assessments and outcome evaluation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home assessments and prepare clear reports.
• Develop tailored strength, balance and mobility programs.
• Assess mobility equipment needs and provide recommendations.
• Deliver, monitor and review individual exercise programs.
• Collaborate with clients, families and Home and Community Care team to meet goals.
