Job summary

Carehero is seeking a passionate Disability Support Worker to provide in-home care for a client living with a spinal injury in The Ponds, NSW. You will assist with personal care, bowel care (enemas and digital stimulation), domestic tasks, meal prep, and safe manual handling, supporting independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

Spinal Injury care including bowel care and stimulation requirements.
Able to perform safe manual handling and use hoist equipment.
First Aid certification and compliance checks.
NDIS Worker Screening Check completed and current.
Working with Children's Check completed and current.
Australian Driver's Licence held and valid.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home support to client with spinal injury.
Assist with personal care, bowel care, meals and domestic tasks.
Support independence and quality of life through safe practices.
Collaborate with allied health team and participate in training.
