Qualifications

• Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Disability is required.
• Strong communication skills and a caring, customer‑focused approach.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check are needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with daily living activities including personal care.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Promoting independent living and enabling community access.
• Providing transport and assisting with social outings.
• Providing domestic assistance as needed.
