Vitalis Healthcare at Home in Lane Cove, NSW, is seeking a Female Home Care Support Worker for the North Shore area. You will provide in-home personal and domestic support to clients, promoting independence and wellbeing with dignity and respect.

Flexible hours and comprehensive induction with ongoing training, plus 24/7 coordination support to help you deliver compassionate, client-centred care in the community.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Current Police Check (issued within the last 6 months) and First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Right to work in Australia.
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or similar) is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Personal Care: Showering, dressing, mobility assistance as needed.
• Domestic Support: Light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry.
• Companionship & Social Support: Conversation, social activities, community access.
• Client Wellbeing: Medication prompts, appointments, monitor changes in condition.
• Professional Documentation: Complete shift notes and care records in the digital system.
