Bene Aged Care is seeking dependable Community Domestic Workers to support clients across the Western and Southern suburbs. You will deliver in-home services and companionship, helping older people stay safe, comfortable and connected at home.

We offer a supportive, inclusive not-for-profit workplace with flexible casual hours and opportunities for training. A WWCC, First Aid/CPR, a full Australian driver's license, and access to a vehicle are required for this local role in South Australia.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum availability of three days per week.
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Full Australian driver's licence.
• Access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
• Access to a smartphone for scheduling and communication.

Aufgaben

• Deliver in-home support services, including domestic assistance, social support and client transport.
• Perform household tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, light meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Transport clients to appointments or outings as required.
• Follow personalised care plans and report changes in clients' health or wellbeing.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
