Qualifications

• Minimum availability of three days per week.
• Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Full Australian driver’s licence.
• Access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication purposes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality in-home support services, including domestic assistance, social support, and client transport.
• Perform household tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, light meals.
• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement to clients.
• Transport clients to appointments or outings as required.
• Follow personalised care plans and support clients to achieve individual goals.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ health or wellbeing.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About Your Role

We are seeking dependable and personable Community Domestic Workers to deliver high-quality in-home support services, including domestic assistance, social support, and client transport. Operating independently within the community, you will play a vital role in helping older people remain safe, comfortable, and connected in their own homes.
