Job summary

Bolton Clarke Residential Aged Care Opportunities in Melbourne is seeking a Physiotherapist for a full-time 6-month maternity leave cover, with possible part-time options (3–4 days). You will deliver in-home physiotherapy to older clients in their homes across Melbourne's inner West, supporting mobility, independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration required.
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy required.
• Valid Police Check within 3 years.
• Driver Licence + vehicle may be required if not using fleet car.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physiotherapy to support mobility, strength, balance and pain management.
• Conduct functional assessments and create tailored care plans aligned to individual goals.
• Provide falls prevention, education and strength-based interventions.
• Work collaboratively with community teams, families, and key stakeholders.
• Apply a holistic, wellness-focused approach to support healthy ageing and independence.
