Job summary

Bolton Clarke Residential Aged Care Opportunities in Melbourne is seeking a Physiotherapist for a full-time 6-month maternity leave cover, with possible part-time options (3–4 days). You will deliver in-home physiotherapy to older clients in their homes across Melbourne's inner West, supporting mobility, independence and wellbeing.

• Valid Police Check within 3 years.

• Conduct functional assessments and create tailored care plans aligned to individual goals.
• Provide falls prevention, education and strength-based interventions.
• Work collaboratively with community teams, families, and key stakeholders.

Join Bolton Clarke's Home Care team, working across Melbourne's inner West, where you'll work 1:1 with older clients in their own homes-supporting mobility, confidence, independence, and wellbeing. You'll enjoy genuine flexibility, and the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team.

This is a full-time 6-month role covering Maternity leave however we are happy to consider candidates looking for part time (3 or 4 days per week)

As a valued Physiotherapist at Bolton Clarke, you will:

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Physiotherapist
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Prior community or aged-care experience highly regarded
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to deliver quality person-centred care
• Valid Police Check (within 3 years)
• QLD Driver Licence + reliable vehicle (if not using fleet car)
