Job summary

HTS Constructions Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead remote construction projects across Australia, taking ownership from planning through demobilisation.

Based in Perth, you’ll balance head office duties with hands-on site leadership, ensuring safety and quality while meeting time and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction project management, preferably remote/regional projects.
• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Formal PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or Cert IV in Project Management) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and deliver remote construction projects safe, on time and on budget.
• Drive every delivery phase from planning through demobilisation.
• Balance head office responsibilities with on-site leadership.

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll independently manage and deliver remote construction projects safely, on time and on budget. You’ll be the driving force behind every phase of delivery, balancing head office responsibilities with on‑site leadership.

You’ll need:

• Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card)
• Full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship is not available)

We’d love to see:

• A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or similar, or equivalent hands‑on experience
• 5+ years in construction project management, ideally across remote/regional infrastructure, civil works, or resources and defence sector projects
• Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or Cert IV in Project Management)
• Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and ISO Standards
• Broad experience spanning estimating, tender participation, FIFO team mentoring, logistics, technical and quality
